About Me
I’m Pratik and I work at KumarSolutions, a digital marketing agency in Ranchi. A lot of my week goes into helping local business owners who have never done marketing online. A sweet shop that wants more orders, a clinic with no Google listing, a coaching centre that posts once in a while and wonders why nobody calls. I begin by listening to what the owner really wants, then I fix the basics and try ads or social media if the budget allows. I check the numbers every few days and change things fast if something is not working.
